So, tomorrow we are launching a new challenge – #MindfulMarch which we are throwing out to our community far and wide to join in and get involved! Mindfulness is an important aspect to consider when trying to achieve success, peace, weight-loss, health and ultimately happiness. In fact, I would go so far as to say happiness is fleeting in the absence of mindfulness. Personally its an area I have successfully blended into my chaotic life over the past few years and I have most definitely noticed a huge benefit from doing this. So, I am hoping to spread a little more peace and happiness by sharing this project with you all and really hope you take the challenge and get involved. There will be a blend of blogs, video blogs, digital media posts, and interactive workshops to help you along the way and I really encourage you to take on board as much as you can and don’t forget that motto of ours – “Nothing truly great ever came from a comfort zone”

We are also running a 31 day photo challenge over on Instagram for the month asking participants to share a pre-set themed picture each day which will perhaps help remind you to slot in even just 3 minutes for yourself to find the time to just be present.
